The goal is not to become someone different.
It is to reconnect with yourself and learn to trust what is already there.
Many of us spend our lives trying to understand our emotions, relationships, stress, habits, and experiences.
We search for answers. We look for explanations. We try to figure out what needs to change.
What I've discovered is that many of the challenges we face are connected to one relationship that is often overlooked: the relationship we have with ourselves.

The way we respond to our thoughts, emotions, needs, and experiences.
Lighthouse Healing was created to support that relationship through movement, mindfulness, reflection, creativity, play, nervous system awareness, and community.
Whether we're adults learning to reconnect with ourselves or children learning to know themselves for the first time, the practice begins the same way: by paying attention.
There is no perfect way to do this work. There is only the practice of paying attention.
