Yoga Classes

Yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all. With styles ranging from flowing and energizing to slow, restorative, and mindful, students can find a practice that supports their body, goals, and lifestyle.


Class styles offered:

  • family and kids' yoga
  • Human Design-informed yoga


Classes intentionally offer a variety of yoga styles so practices can be shaped to meet different bodies, energies, and needs within each community. 

Lighthouse Healing Yoga Class Experience

Lighthouse Healing yoga classes emphasize the inner experience of yoga, focusing on awareness, energy, and presence rather than performance. Gentle alignment guidance and offered options support a calming atmosphere, allowing students to move at their own pace and leave feeling relaxed, supported, and restored. 


Classes follow an intentional flow designed to gently guide you back into your body and into a sense of calm, presence, and connection.  Each class begins with breath to settle and arrive, then gradually unfolds into gentle, intentional movement guided by mindful breathing and awareness.  Then slowly winds down ending in savasana, often accompanied by a guided body scan, meditation, or yoga nidra practice.


This steady, thoughtful progression supports a sense of safety and ease, helping students remain present, connected, and regulated throughout the practice. Movement is guided with awareness and care, creating space to notice the inner experience and move in ways that feel supportive, intuitive, and easeful.  


The principles of trauma-informed yoga, yoga therapy, nervous system health, and mindfulness are woven throughout each class, offering practical tools students can carry beyond the mat. These practices support the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate the capacity to gently guide yourself back home to your truest, authentic self.  

Yoga Class Schedule

Classes are offered at multiple locations across Omaha, making it easier to find a time and place that fits your schedule. In the summer months, practice may take place indoors or outdoors, guided by the weather and the season. Class dates, times, and locations are listed on the yoga class schedule below.
