Lighthouse Healing yoga and mindfulness workshops offer a supportive space to explore movement, breath, and awareness in ways that support nervous system regulation and overall well-being. Rooted in trauma-informed practices, each workshop is designed to be accessible, adaptable, and welcoming for a wide range of bodies, experiences, and backgrounds.
Mindfulness is presented not only as a practice on the mat, but as a life skill—one that can be carried into daily routines, relationships, and moments of stress or transition. These workshops create space for learning, reflection, and integration, supporting resilience, self-awareness, and connection to the present moment.


Workshops may include yoga movement, breathwork, chanting, sound healing, meditation, and education around mind–body awareness and self-regulation. A variety of yoga styles are explored, allowing participants to experience different approaches while honoring choice, autonomy, and individual pace.
