Classes

Move, breathe, and reconnect in a supportive environment.


Classes are designed to create opportunities to slow down, pay attention, and develop a deeper connection with yourself.


Whether the practice is slow, restorative, energizing, or playful, the goal extends beyond movement and into everyday life.


Through movement, breath, mindfulness, and rest, we practice noticing what is happening within us and learning how to respond with greater awareness, intention, and self-trust.

What to Expect

A welcoming environment where you can move, breathe, and explore your experience without pressure to perform or get it right.


Classes are designed to be accessible, supportive, and focused on practical tools that extend beyond the mat and into everyday life.


Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are invited to meet yourself exactly where you are.

Class Types

While each class has its own focus, every Lighthouse Healing class is rooted in awareness, mindfulness, and connection.


The intention is not simply to move the body, but to develop a deeper relationship with ourselves through movement, breath, and attention.


  • Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic practice that links breath and movement to build strength, mobility, awareness, and presence.


  • Slow Flow: A slower-paced practice focused on mindful movement, stability, connection, and nervous system support.


  • Stretch & Restore: Gentle movement and longer-held postures designed to encourage relaxation, recovery, and regulation.


  • Foundations: An approachable class focused on learning poses, alignment, and body awareness in a supportive environment.


  • Kids & Family Yoga: Playful movement, mindfulness, creativity, and connection for children and families.


  • Specialty Classes: Rotating offerings that may include breathwork, mindfulness, yoga nidra, sound healing, workshops, and other experiences designed to support awareness, connection, and well-being.

Locations

Classes are offered at a variety of studios, community spaces, parks, and special events throughout the Omaha area.
